About
Our Story
For nearly two decades, the Community Transformation Collective (CTC) has led a community-building movement to achieve long-term systemic change that improves the lives of marginalized communities. CTC has built a strong and active base of over 1,000+ community members and cross-sector organizations across the County of Los Angeles.
Our collective efforts engage over 10,000+ community members on a monthly basis. In 2025, CTC was formally incorporated as a non-profit organization to sustain our community-led model and infrastructure long-term.
Vision
All members of society are physically, psychologically, intellectually, and spiritually safe, secure, and empowered.
Mission
Catalyze individual and collective power for the self-determination of those most impacted by systemic failures to collectively achieve equity and social justice.
