Welcome to the Community Transformation Collective 2025–2030 Strategic Plan! As we look toward the future and the scaling of our movement-building and transformational systems change work - our unwavering commitment to implementing bold strategies that will catalyze grassroots power and structural/systemic change is needed on a larger scale now more than ever.

Nearly 15 years after establishing the Best Start Metro LA Community Partnership and subsequent expansion into three additional regional communities: East LA, South El Monte/El Monte, and Southeast LA, we are pleased to share our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. This plan lays out our collective vision for entering the next phase of our trajectory, which includes strengthening and expanding our work, deepening partnerships, and building and sharing power with community residents.

We are deeply grateful to the hundreds of community residents and partners who contributed to the development of this plan by participating in interviews, focus groups, and multilingual community partnership retreats facilitated by our Community Transformation Collective team.

Additionally, we are deeply grateful for the tireless and talented work of our Community Transformation Collective team, which includes a talented and impactful group of Community Transformation Promoters, systems change, and movement-building experts.
