OUR WORK

We partner with community members and institutional partners to build and share community power through a model and infrastructure that integrates co-design, implementation, communication, mobilization, and evaluation to transform systems. Our systems change efforts advocate for social justice by addressing housing, immigration, food security, safety, public health, poverty, and other systemic inequities.

We provide consultation, technical assistance and capacity building on our Community Transformation model in the following areas:

Since 2009, the Community Transformation Collective (CTC) has led dozens of community engagement campaigns in the region, working with partners to affect change. Our team supports institutional partners to transform societal, institutional and systemic conditions so that children, families, and neighborhoods can thrive.

OUR APPROACH

CTC works to change the conditions that shape children’s and families lives so neighborhoods can truly thrive by driving community and systems transformation. We invest in building collaborative infrastructures grounded in Power Building and Power Sharing. Our work is rooted in equity and justice, elevating community-led solutions to turn shared values into action. By mobilizing community members  and cross-sector partners, we build collective power to create lasting community and institutional change.
